Don Luis Elizondo was born on August 25, 1895, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. From an early age he worked hard to build the fortune that over time would allow him to reach out to those in need.
Don Luis Elizondo supported associations, projects, and works, as well as the construction of squares and fountains, such as the “Obispado Show Fountain” in Monterrey; the “Montemorelos Fountain” in that city; and the “Cri Cri Fountain” in the Monterrey Alameda. In addition, he made innumerable contributions to primary schools, colleges, churches, chapels, and convents.
